It's easy to find a Memphis RealtorTM The short online course and minimal requirements for licensure mean that there are lots of choices both for agents and sites offering a comprehensive IDX search. This website is my offering to help home buyers find their perfect Memphis homes. It's a great site with a comprehensive search, property updates, features, and a listing manager that makes working together super easy. If you're using a different agent without website, it's a good place generally to manage and investigate the properties you are interested in.
I believe you should enjoy working with me to find a fitting piece of Memphis real estate. My approach is low key but results oriented approach. It's best to shop until we find the right home but an agent needs also to make sure you don't pass up pulling the trigger on your ideal purchase. Even in a buyer's market the best deals will still go fast and a tempting foreclosure can go to multiple offers very quickly.
If you work with me I'll explain the homebuying process and all the various opportunities to find a bargain from short sales and foreclosures to simply watching the new listings and price changes closely.
My familiarity with the area comes from the over five years, I've lived Downtown since graduate school. It's also the city of my childhood that I'd visit the sites and museums from the Pink Palace, Benihana's (it's a site when you're 9), and Mud Island. My background before being a realtor includes an economic and law degree so you can be sure you're being represented by a knowledgeable person who's done much more than passed a multiple choice test after a short online course. Contact me or sign up for a listing account if you'd like a personal free consultation about Memphis real estate.
