Shelby county has homes in most price ranges and amentities. It can be frustrating at times with a tendency towards traditional dwellings except in a few areas of Downtown homes, but most home buyers can be satisfied. Shelby County has a number of suburbs and neighborhoods, though a smaller number than many other comparably sized cities. Cordova's one of the most versatile local neighborhoods with easy access to Walnut Grove and I-40. Wolfchase mall anchors the area with Germantown road crossing Cordova north past Germantown offering some of the densest shopping in the city with traffic to match.

 

Germantown's the standby quiet upscale community of Shelby county with lots of upscale 1980's and 1990's construction and newer infill. Anchored by the Saddle Brook shopping center with the area Apple store, William Sonoma, and a number of other trendy shops Germantown offers some of the best shopping and homes in the area. With easy access both to Germantown road and a few minutes from the Poplar/ I-240 interchange Germantown combines a quaint sense of community with

 

Bartlett offers the quiet community with a notable Fourth of July fireworks display on the grassy municipal park. Bartlett offers lots of afforable and well kept up properties. If you're looking for a 1960's 3/2 for a great price this is one of the area to look.

 

Lakeland features true country style living with easy accessibility to I-40 and Greater Shelby County.
